Eagle Bay Brewery Review

Eagle Bay Brewery was the choice for our wedding anniversary lunch out.

I have to admit my first  impressions, I was expecting more publicity/ sign posts for the brewery as the first I knew of the brewery was hearing from a friend (always good to get referrals) and when I was right at the gate to turn in. That in mind it is a new business so I will proceed.

The view from Eagle Bay Brewery

The brewery is very modern looking in the landscape and is positioned to make the most of the view. The brewery is set up very subtly and goes for a simple layout inside.

We were greeted with a welcoming smile and shown to our table (I would recommend booking if planning to go at the weekend, tel 08 9755 3554). We sat down, ordered from the large menu, which I think has something for everyone. It felt a little strange being waited on in a brewery but I soon got used to the personal service of Eagle Bay Brewery.

The explanation of the beers was very good and as I am a big fan of beer I was suitably impressed. I think my favourite was the Eagle Bay Special followed by the Vienna. They now have a seasonal beer on tap and I look forward to returning to taste it.

Please watch the slide show above to get a look at what you may expect. I can say I will definitely return, it is worth the 40 minute drive from Margaret River, I was suitably taken by the beer, food, the welcome/ effort towards children and probably most of all the setting of Eagle Bay Brewery. What are your thoughts?

About Benji

I am married and live on a farm near Margaret River with my wife, daughter and son. I set up The Margaret River Guide to assist people coming to Margaret River Western Australia to easily find what they are looking for. I also wanted to allow people to find activities they did not know about and to be able to openly comment on/ review businesses.

  1. Hello Benji,

It looks amazing – love the way that Eagle Bay Brewery takes care of their customers and provides top service. Will have to add that one to my list of places to visit 🙂

    Cheers
