Theatre Group Auditions To Start Soon

The Margaret River Theatre Group will hold auditions for its upcoming production, FourPlay A Selection of One Act Plays, at the Margaret River Recreation Centre on Thu, April 11th at 7pm. It requires both female and male actors from 12 to around 60 years old. Auditionees are required to prepare a short monologue for the audition. The Margaret River region has been named the winner of the best Australian food & wine experiences in Luxury Travel magazine’s Gold List Awards for 2013. The award, which has been presented for nearly a decade, honours the finest in luxury travel both internationally and domestically. The winners are solely determined by the readers of the magazine and customers of luxury travel network Virtuoso.

Bromley Impresses At Jahroc

David Bromley’s artworks were the centre of attraction at the recent exhibition night hosted by Jahroc Galleries. Locals had a great time socialising and enjoying refreshments as they looked at paintings by the world famous artist hailing from Byron Bay. Rare Instrument At Yoga School

Now you have the chance to see a very rare and unique musical instrument in action at Margaret River Yoga School’s sound meditation concert on Saturday night. Local musician Phil Foord will run the concert and says that the crystal armonica is thought to be the only one in Australia. Made from 34 quartz crystal bowls, it allows the release of blocked energy to attain a higher level of wellbeing and happiness. The concert will be held at Yoga School from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
