Hailing from Perth, Tracksuit are a high energy 3-member rock band playing a mix of upbeat shaking, swinging, crazy Rock and Roll blended together to produce some interesting and catchy tunes. Vocalist and guitarist Steve, Bass player Andres and drummer Jay have recently performed with Yves Klein Blue and Eskimo Joe’s Kay, were finalists in MTV Kickstart 2008 and entertained the 3000 crowd at the after party of Triple J One Night Stand. The band has several influences including Kinks, The Who, The Replacements, The Pretty Things, The Small Faces, Bob Dylan and Elvis Costello.

After releasing their song ‘Tough Love’ and self-titled EP, both of which received sufficient airplay on RTR and Triple J, Tracksuit seems to be gaining more support and recognition, especially from music lovers who have seen them perform live. The band is now recording a second EP and fans are expecting big things.
