That Velvet Echo is the result of collaboration between travelling duo Gabrielle Harter and Scott Nicholas. Ever since these two arrived in Fremantle, good luck has been on their side, having played with some amazing artists such as Jaimi Faulkner, Dave Mann, Jeff Martin of Tea Party, Ricky Maymi of Brian Jones Town Massacre and Steve Kilby of The Church as well as some of WA’s best emerging talents such as Freya Hanley, Mitch Becker, One Tiger Down, Timothy Nelson, Richard Lane and Justin Walsh. It is the band’s intimate lyrics together with their acoustic guitars that captivate the audience and put them on their feet singing and dancing along.
