About The Margaret River Speedway:
The first meeting of the Margaret River Speedway was held in March of 1964. At that time, it was just a small group of avid enthusiasts who ran on a basic oval track constructed at the Wallcliffe Road site where the track is still situated today. Since that time, the fervor has been passed down through numerous club members and today the track features a catch fence, full concrete wall, track lights, and canteen and bar facilities. Offering exciting racing fun and action for the entire family, the Margaret River Speedway is recognised as one of the top country tracks in Western Australia.
