Beach Volleyball State Series – Busselton 2011

The Beach Volleyball State Series is coming to Western Australia and amongst the many venues, Busselton has been chosen as one to host the sixth installment of the Beach Volleyball State Series.

Busselton is about half an hour’s drive from the beautiful Margaret River and is one of the best venues for volleyball, given its natural beauty, top quality sand and favorable climate. It was declared the players’ favorite venue for volleyball events last year and the spectators don’t complain either.

Since our area has the ideal climate (sun, sand and surf) to host the Beach Volleyball State Series this time of the year, this event attracts many teams and fans alike. This year, more than a hundred teams, both local and international, shall be competing for supremacy and the battle will sure be tough and exciting.

Breeding Ground for Talent

The Beach Volleyball State Series is an excellent breeding ground for local talent, who get to mix with the more experienced professionals and test their skills to the max. The local volleyball culture also helps players find partners and develop a good understanding of how the game is played.
